User Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to Poliada LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of our website, game, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. NFTs and In-Game Purchases
a. Purchase of NFTs
- Non-Refundable Purchases: When you purchase a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all NFT sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the transaction is completed.
b. NFT Utility
- Special Features: Ownership of certain NFTs may grant you access to special in-game features, resources, or areas that are exclusive to NFT holders. These features are subject to change as we continue to develop the game.
3. Token Staking and Rewards
a. Staking Tokens
- Participation: You may choose to stake the tokens you have purchased to gain special in-game conditions and additional resources. The terms and conditions of staking, including any rewards, will be detailed in a separate staking agreement.
b. Poliada Underground
- Exclusive Access: By staking your tokens, you may gain access to the "Poliada Underground" area, a special zone where token holders can participate in decision-making processes related to game features and development. Participation in this area is governed by specific rules that will be communicated to eligible users.
4. Initial Coin Offering (ICO) of Utility Token PADA
a. Token Sale
- Utility Token (PADA): During our Initial Coin Offering (ICO), you may purchase the utility token "PADA." By participating in the ICO, you agree that all PADA token sales are final and non-refundable.
b. Token Release Schedule
- Freezing and Partial Release: All PADA tokens purchased during the ICO will be frozen until the token is officially listed on exchanges. After listing, the tokens will be released in a partial, scheduled manner as determined by our token release policy.
5. Game Development and Updates
a. Ongoing Development
- Continuous Improvement: We are committed to developing a top-notch game. This means the game is under continuous development, and new features, content, and updates will be released regularly.
b. Feature Changes
- User Participation: While we strive to create a consistent and enjoyable gaming experience, the games features, mechanics, and resources may change over time as part of our ongoing development process. As a token holder, you may participate in decisions regarding these changes through the Poliada Underground.
6. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect the rights of other users and refrain from any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including any NFT purchases, token staking, or participation in the Poliada Underground.
- Your use of our services is at your own risk, and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Amendments
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
